Grave Digger Tours leave from The Great T Shirt Company,
located at 65 Steinwehr Avenue in Gettysburg, PA.

Experience the tour that brings the reality of war to life.
Your guide will lead you through historic streets that saw the
Confederates force the Union to run for their lives through Gettysburg
to Cemetary Hill on the first day of the three-day battle.
Learn how caring for the injured, burying the dead, and disposing
of thousands of horse carcasses became an everyday task.
See how embalming the dead preserved loved ones for their
families – and how shallow graves affected citizens.
Visit a replica of a typical field hospital and learn how Civil War
surgeons conducted amputations.
All this – plus graphic first-hand accounts, photographs,
displays, and grave sites, all at our Baltimore Street exhibit.
NO tour like it – amazing and informative!
The Grave Digger tour is graphic, with visual enhancements
throughout the route. We feel this is necessary to provide an
unforgettable authentic experience for our customers.
